    Yes, you can choose to attend only the online sessions by paying the online class fee. However, if you wish to join the on-floor sessions later, you will need to pay the remaining full course amount before the last class so that we can reserve a slot for you.
  3. What if I miss any of the online classes due to other engagements?
    Recordings of the online classes will be provided, allowing you to learn at your convenience. Please note that these recordings will be accessible for a limited period (2 months).
  4. What language will the course be conducted in?
    The course will be conducted in English to accommodate participants from various regions.

    A participation certificate will be awarded to those who complete the full course, including the on-floor sessions.
  2. Is accommodation included?
    Accommodation is not included in the course fee. However, we are happy to suggest some nearby options to help you plan your stay. Please note that we are not affiliated with any of the stay providers and cannot take responsibility for any issues that may occur.
  3. How do I reach Manali Yogashala?
    Traveling to Manali is straightforward:
    • By Bus: The journey from Delhi to Manali by bus takes approximately 11 hours. Upon reaching the Manali bus stand, you can easily travel 3 kilometers to Village Vashisht, where the Yogashala is located, using a rickshaw or taxi.
    • By Air: The nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport, about 60 kilometers away. From Bhuntar, you can hire a taxi to Manali, which takes around 1.5 hours. From Manali, rickshaws or taxis can take you to Vashisht.
  4. What if I am going through a health condition?
    We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before deciding to join the on-floor module. If you proceed, please inform our teacher about your medical conditions in advance to ensure a safe and tailored practice for you.
  5. Will there be any group activities or networking opportunities?
    Yes, the on-floor sessions often include group practices and interactive discussions, offering a great opportunity to connect with fellow participants.
  6. What should I bring to the on-floor sessions?
    Mats and props will be provided at the Yogashala, though you are welcome to bring your own personal mat. Additionally, we recommend bringing warm clothing as we are located in a Himalayan region.
