Embodying Meditation Through Yoga, Tantra & Science
Step into meditation as a living experience where fear, stress, and sorrow disolves into clarity, peace, and joy.
This online course is a personal journey into the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, a dialogue of 112 meditation techniques between Shiva and Parvati. Alongside learning meditation we will explore related Tantric texts and Shastras to uncover their roots and influence on India’s spiritual heritage.
Meeting you exactly where you are, this program embraces your whole being and brings timeless teachings alive through ancient wisdom and modern science—tools as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago.
Dhyan Tantra is a deeply personal journey you can join from the comfort of your home. Be guided step by step into meditation, and receive recordings, PDFs, and notes to support your practice beyond the course.
Live expert-led sessions, Q&A with instant doubt resolution, and practical assignments.
Slides, guided audio/video meditations, and downloadable PDFs.
Access to recorded sessions to review and deepen practice.
Explore the neuroscience behind meditation — brain waves, emotion regulation, the default-mode network, and patterns observed in EEG & fMRI — plus practical nervous system regulation.
We will explore the Shaiva and Shakta traditions of Tantra, clearing away myths to uncover its core wisdom and role in shaping India. The journey includes Kashmiri Shaivism’s Trika system, the profound teachings of the Dash Mahavidyas and Tantras role in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.
A unique blend: Vigyana Bhairava’s oldest techniques paired with psychology & neuroscience for a contemporary yet authentic practice.
Trace the roots of meditation through diverse Indian traditions—Upanishads, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Tantra, Darshan Shastras, and Advait Vedanta . All point to the same goal: self-realization, union with Paramatma, and recognition of the true Self (Pratyabhijñā).
Born in the Himalayas, Yogi Rajat has immersed himself in the living traditions of Yoga and Tantra, learning directly from sadhus, monks, and masters across India. Rooted in Indian heritage, his journey is deeply shaped by years of meditative practice in the mountains and his connection with the Dev Parampara and Kaula Sampradaya of Kullu Manali.
With a foundation in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kundalini Yoga, and a lived experience of the Vigyana Bhairava Tantra, he shares meditation not just as philosophy but as a direct, experiential path to self-realization.
